FAQ
Who runs this shop?
Just me. A Phillies fan with a lot of feelings, a few good ideas, and an online storefront. This is not a corporate operation. It’s a hopeful, over-caffeinated labor of love.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders take about a week from checkout to doorstep. Everything’s printed on demand through Printify, so the process starts once you order. Sometimes it’s faster, sometimes it takes a little longer depending on printing, stock, and shipping weirdness.
Can I track my order?
Yep! You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships. If it’s been a few days and you haven’t gotten anything, email me and we’ll figure it out.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. International shipping is a whole tax/customs/forms ordeal that I don’t have the bandwidth for right now.
That said—if you live outside the U.S. and want something badly enough, email me at high.hopes.club.help@gmail.com. We can see what’s possible.
Can I return something?
If something’s wrong—damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered—yes, I’ll make it right.
If it’s just not the right vibe or the wrong size, returns are not guaranteed but can be requested. See the Return Policy for the full scoop.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
I don’t do direct swaps, but you can request a return (if eligible), and then place a new order for the correct size.
What kind of shirts do you use?
All shirts right now are Comfort Colors 1717 tees, aka the softest, most wearable classics around. Here’s the breakdown:
- Medium weight fabric: 6.1 oz/yd² (206.8 g/m²)
- 100% ring-spun, pre-shrunk U.S. cotton
- Relaxed fit and classic crew neckline
- Pre-shrunk = consistent fit
- Signature twill label sewn in
- Cotton is ethically grown and harvested
- Produced under the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol
- Available in 58 colors (though we only use a few favs right now)
Comfortable enough for ball games, heartbreak, and semi-formal denial.
Is this official Phillies merch?
Absolutely not. Unless it’s just a shirt that says High Hopes Club, assume it’s unauthorized and unofficial fan-made chaos. That’s kind of the point.
Where can I follow High Hopes Club?
We’re very online:
- Threads: @highhopes_club
- Instagram: @highhopes_club
You can also follow me directly on Threads at @jarvm for behind-the-scenes rambling, extra baseball brainworms, and occasional existential sports memes.
