Shipping policy
How It Works
We use a third-party service called Printify to fulfill orders. That means when you place an order, it gets printed just for you and shipped out once it's ready. We're not sitting on piles of merch in a warehouse somewhere—this is a made-to-order operation.
Most orders take about a week from when you hit “buy” to when your stuff shows up at your door. Sometimes it’s faster. Sometimes it’s slower. We’ll keep you in the loop as best we can, but we’re at the mercy of printers and shipping carriers, so patience is appreciated.
Triple-Check Your Address
Please double (or triple) check your shipping address before you finalize your order. If you enter it wrong and your stuff disappears into the void, there's not much we can do. We want you to actually get the cool thing you ordered. Help us help you.
Where We Ship
Right now, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is complicated as hell—there’s taxes and forms and weird trade laws and I’m just not ready to tangle with all that. That said…
If you live outside the U.S. and you desperately want something, shoot us an email at high.hopes.club.help@gmail.com. We’ll see if we can make it happen. No promises, but we’ll try.

- You’ll get tracking info when your order ships.
- If something goes weird in transit, reach out—we’ll do our best to help.
- High Hopes Club isn’t responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or anything caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues, but we’ll always try to be decent humans about it.
