Welcome to High Hopes Club. This site sells fun, unofficial sports-inspired merch, mostly for Phillies fans. We're just a small operation doing this for kicks. If you're here, thanks for supporting our chaotic little corner of the internet.

By using our site or buying anything from us, you're agreeing to these Terms. If you don’t agree, that’s cool—just maybe don’t use the site.

1. Basic Stuff

  • This store is run by real people, not a giant corporation.
  • Everything is for fun. If any product is asked to be taken down, we’ll take it down. No questions, no drama.
  • Don’t use our stuff for illegal things. Don’t hack, spam, or try to break the site. Don’t be a jerk.

2. Orders & Payments

  • We can refuse or cancel orders at any time. We usually won’t, but if something’s weird, we’ll reach out.
  • Please give us accurate info when you buy something. If you mess up your shipping address, that’s on you.

3. Refunds & Returns

  • Check our Refund Policy for how we handle returns.
  • If something shows up busted, let us know and we’ll try to make it right.

4. Product Info

  • We try to show accurate pictures and descriptions, but colors may look different on your screen.
  • Prices and products can change. We're winging it most days.
  • Everything we sell is unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by any teams, leagues, or players.

  • You use this site at your own risk. We’re not liable if something goes sideways—on your end or ours.
  • Sometimes the site might go down or things might not work perfectly. That’s life.
