Refund policy
The Basics
We have a 30-day return policy. That means you’ve got 30 days from when your stuff shows up to email us if there’s a problem.
That said, we don’t hand out refunds like candy. This is a small shop, not Target. If something’s wrong—like a shirt shows up with a big ol’ misprint or it’s not what you ordered—we’ll absolutely fix it. But if you just changed your mind or didn’t check the size chart? That’s on you.
We’re trying to be good humans here. You should try too. (Plz, it's rough out here.)
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@high-hopes-club.com with your order info and what’s up.
- If we approve the return, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping, unless we majorly screwed up.
Please don’t just send things back without emailing first. If you do, there’s a good chance your package will end up in limbo.
To Be Eligible for a Return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Keep the packaging and your order confirmation/receipt.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item shows up damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, email us right away with pics. We’ll make it right, because that’s just how we roll.
No Returns On:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Stuff you’ve already worn/washed/used
- Things you clearly tried to DIY into a crop top
- Anything not purchased directly from this site
Exchanges
We don’t do straight swaps, but if your return is accepted, you can place a new order for whatever you wanted instead.
Refunds
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to process it—don’t yell at us, yell at them.
